How can I change my spore memory to a different computer?

I have a mac that I am going to get rid of. I have my memory of spore on that computer, is there anyway that I can transfer it to my other new mac. I have both right now, but I don't know how to transfer it.How can I change my spore memory to a different computer?
zip the entire game, and i mean ENTIRE game. put it on a DVD, unzip it to the new computer.

ok this is what you do if you have a email send the spore folder (includeing all of the info / memory in it) and attach it to your email. Email to yourself then open it on your new computer then drag it on to the spore thing on your computer simple =P there could be simpler ways but thats the only way i know Your welcome if it works?? k
