In the game spore, I got stuck in the civilisation stage. All the other cities were taken over by the 'red' enemy. Now I am in a delicate balance where he's not my enemy and not my friend. That must really suck. I almost got in that position, but i found a way around it. I don't think you can restart a stage, just like in the real evolution you can't change history to make you not instinct. But you can try getting a vehicle you didn't make that's better, change your vehicle design, attack from sea, or make a bigger army to help fight. if that wont work then try using cheats( http://www.sporecheats.com/ ), but only do it if your 100% sure you cant win, because if you do it will ruin the fun of the game. Try making friends with the enemy cities/villages/towns or get more tribes on u're side so u can fight the enemy and win [try to pick the one that keeps defeating u coz they can defeat the others aswell]
