How do you access the flora editor on Spore?

I heard you can hack the game and get into the plant editor. Is it incredibly complicated, or could the average Spore player do it? If so, how?How do you access the flora editor on Spore?
Yes, you can hack. I know because I did it. The thing is that the editor is EXTREMELY buggy. I mean - they told me it was buggy, but I thought it was a minor thing. You can subsitute flora with cell (which has more parts) or vehicle.
