Is it possible to load Spore worlds on different computers?

I have Spore downloaded on two computers, and I'm logged in as the same account I made my world with on my other computer. Is it possible to load my old world, or must I make a new one?Is it possible to load Spore worlds on different computers?

You need to create a new game for a different computer, but if you shared the creations from your old computer, you can use the same creature to start space phase.
